Distillery Trail

Paso Robles, Heart of Wine… and Now Spirits too!

Move over wine, Paso is not just a wine country anymore! Paso Robles has always been home to many world-renowned winemakers, but in the past decade distillers have been making their own spot in this community too. California’s only designated distillery trail, the Paso Robles Distillery Trail features 9 member distilleries in Paso Robles. Collectively, these distilleries represent the region’s swift rise as one of the country’s leading destinations for enthusiasts of artisanal whiskeys, brandies, gins, liqueurs and other craft spirits. It’s no coincidence that the trail was born in the heart of the Central Coast wine country. Many of the members originate from family wineries, and even more use local wine grapes as a base for their spirits. The synergy between grape and grain has become fascinatingly strong in Paso Robles.

As you journey along the Paso Robles Distillery Trail, you’ll taste the one of a kind spirits and experience why these wine-influenced spirits have become a prominent part of the community.
