We can’t wait to welcome our visitors back to Paso Robles and are looking forward to the time when we can once again travel. It’s almost as if the state of California were perfectly designed for this reemergence, with its open roads, diverse regions, and vast space to roam. It’s with this in mind that we invite you to start planning your Paso Robles road trip in anticipation of travel’s return.

We want to know what is on your Paso Robles bucket list and provide some inspirational fodder while we wait to welcome back our guests.

“I Can’t Wait” to spend a day wine tasting at Tin City. This shanty oasis just outside of downtown Paso Robles is home to multiple up and coming winemakers, brewers, chefs, and more. Better yet, you’ll get to meet the makers themselves.

“I Can’t Wait” to dine at Les Petites Canailles. Paso’s newest fine dining establishment has family roots in the vineyard. Chef/Owner Julien Asseo’s family owns local favorite L’Aventure Winery. After time spent cooking around the world, Julian has opened his own family restaurant here in Paso.

“I Can’t Wait” to experience Sensorio! Bruce Munro: Field of Light at Sensorio is an astonishing site to be seen as it integrates the Paso hillsides into a transcendent expression of color and movement. A true must-see and must-experience!
