Paso is home to the leaders of the California craft spirits movement — like Re:Find Distillery, Grain + Vine, Root Elixirs, Willow Creek, Calwise Spirits and many more. From the grape or grain, winemakers here have long churned out delicious potent potables. Home to more than 16 craft distilleries, you can explore them via the Paso Robles Distillery Trail. Look out for popular classics, seasonal flavors and unique cocktail kits because let’s be honest, nothing looks better than a sparkling bottle of spirits sitting under the tree.

Meanwhile, their downtown tasting room is serving up local favorites all season long. For additional bubbly treats, Rava's sparkling wine selection is a hit year-round and Thacher Winery holiday start — a special trio of Holiday Feast Wines which included bubbles, a red wine and sparkling cider.

Savor the season with some of Paso’s most gourmet treats. Paso is famed for wine and olive oil, so why not bring home a bottle of both? Visit Kiler Ridge Olive Farm for cold-pressed olive oil, made from Italian olive varieties. The tasting room sells several varieties of beautifully packaged extra virgin olive oils, as well as home and body products like soap, tea, and lip balms. Cruise by the estate and take a tour of the orchards and milling room before tasting the oils and picking a favorite to bring home. Pasolivo is another award-winning extra virgin olive oil producer at the Paso Robles Westside farm. With over 9,000 trees and their own olive mill, visitors get a chance to learn and taste in a fun and informative atmosphere. For the cooks and food enthusiasts in the family, spice up the season with Spice of Life, where you’ll find spice sets and herb blends for loved ones to add to their favorite holiday dishes. 

They say calories don't count during the holidays, the perfect excuse for our fellow sweet tooths to stock up on sugary treats.
