PASO ROBLES, CA — Spirits are flowing—and so is the excitement! The Paso Robles Distillery Trail Weekend is back August 8–10, 2025, inviting spirits lovers and curious sippers alike to explore the bold character, rich flavors, and artisanal craftsmanship of 12 boutique distilleries along the picturesque Paso Robles Distillery Trail.

Over three unforgettable days, participating distilleries will open their doors with exclusive events and immersive experiences, including:

  • Behind-the-scenes, interactive distillery tours

  • Hands-on mixology

  • Live music performances

  • Local food pairings

  • Special spirit releases

No tickets are required to enjoy the weekend festivities, just pick up a Trail map at any participating distillery or the Paso Robles Visitor Center. Visit at least six distilleries and collect a stamp at each to earn a FREE limited-edition Paso Robles Distillers Shot Glass as a keepsake. For a VIP experience, purchase a Copper Card to gain complimentary tastings at each distillery.
