International CAB Symposium

The mission of the International CAB Symposium is to bring together the world's most exceptional producers of Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux varietal wines for four days of education, experiences, and celebration of world-class wine. Hosted by the PRCC, ICS is the first annual symposium curated for media, trade, wine producers, and wine enthusiasts in Paso Robles.
