Thanks to Paso Roble’s world-class wine (and no shortage of local farms), many Old World chefs call Paso home, and they’ve created restaurants that are inspired by their roots.

Authentic Mexican (no, really)
Paso Roblans embrace and pride themselves on their rich Mexican heritage. We also know unequivocally we have the best traditional Mexican food north of the border. Los Robles Café and its famous al pastor taco is a must-try. For traditional tortas, Papi’s is your place. Here’s a super-local tip: The best tamales are actually sold at the side door of a church. Called La Luz Del Mundo, the church raises money via sales of homemade tamales (Fridays only). Their verde tamale recently won the Best Traditional Tamale Award at recent California-wide tamale festival.
