Chef Kenny Seglier, whose celebrated career includes a Michelin-recommended restaurant, enchants guests with the Tour of Italy Dinner Series at Cello Ristorante nestled within the Tuscan-inspired Allegretto Vineyard Resort. The food and wine pairing experience takes guests through Italy’s most celebrated regions, each showcasing its unique flavors, rich history, and time-honored traditions.
Lazio (February 17 - March 2, 2025)
Heading to Lazio, the menu features classic Roman specialties such as Cacio e Pepe, Carbonara, Supplì (deep-fried rice balls), Braised lamb, and Roman-style Gnocchi, accompanied by curated wine pairings.
Lombardy (March 3 - 16, 2025)
Known for its rich culinary heritage, the Lombardy menu showcases iconic dishes such as Risotto (the region produces most of Italy's rice), Polenta, Osso Buco, Bresaola, and the world-famous Gorgonzola cheese. These specialties will be paired with carefully selected wines to enhance the flavors of Lombardy’s timeless cuisine.
Tuscany (March 17 - 30, 2025)
The journey concludes in Tuscany. Known for its rustic yet refined dishes, this menu will highlight the bold flavors of T-bone steak, Tomato and Bread Soup, Chicken Liver Pâté, and dishes featuring the region’s use of almonds. The starter will be a classic Panzanella salad, showcasing the fresh, vibrant flavors of Tuscany.
