Miracle at 1122 Cocktail Lounge and Sippin’ Santa at Cane Tiki Room make their debut this holiday season
PASO ROBLES, CA (October 22, 2024) - The festive magic of the holiday season is just around the corner, and with it Miracle and Sippin’ Santa holiday pop-up bars excitedly announce festive cocktails in signature holiday glassware, over-the-top decor and enough holiday spirits to melt the heart of even the frostiest grinch. Ringing in a decade of merriment, this 2024 season is even more special as Miracle celebrates a milestone year since it opened the doors of the first location. Nearly 250 participating Miracle and Sippin’ Santa locations, new and returning, are coming together this holiday season to light up bustling metropolises and cozy towns across the country and around the globe. Doors are set to open from early to mid-November for guests to toast to the holiday season.
Owners of 1122 Cocktail Lounge and Cane Tiki Room are delighted to bring the adored holiday pop-up bars to San Luis Obispo County in their downtown Paso Robles locations. “Who doesn’t love Christmas! The decorations, the sweaters, the movies, and of course the drinks! We wanted to bring the Christmas spirit to downtown Paso Robles and offer two Christmas themed bars at both Cane Tiki Room and 1122 Cocktail Lounge. Both will be completely decked out for Christmas including a special holiday themed drink menu from November 15th through December 31st. In 2014, Miracle began as a spontaneous holiday cocktail pop-up during the construction of founder Greg Boehm’s future bar. It has since evolved into a global sensation, spreading yuletide joy by transforming everyday bars into hubs of holiday happiness. Its sister concept Sippin’ Santa was developed as a tropical twist to the snowy festivities, featuring Santa on surfboards wearing festive leis and drinking out of coconuts. Both Miracle and Sippin’ Santa serve up one-of-a-kind cocktails, found nowhere else around the world, and only during the holidays.
Both Paso Robles locations will offer a holiday oasis with over the top kitschy, festive décor, a themed cocktail menu, and holiday gift glassware. Sippin’ Santa at Cane Tiki Room will feature Cocktails created by Jeff “Beachbum” Berry with a unique blend of holiday cheer and tropical escapism including Sugar Plum Mai Tai, Frosty the Merman, Jingle Bird, Merry Spritzmas. Asian-fusion Pu Pu plates to share will also be available. The Miracle at 1122 Cocktail Lounge will feature cocktails by Joann Spiegel, the creative visionary behind Miracle’s iconic menu, with cocktails like Stocking Stuffer, Crooked Antler, Christmapolitan, Snowball Old-Fashioned, and Jingle Balls Nog. With a bit of magic infused in every pour, each drink is served in signature glassware available for purchase exclusively at pop-up bars.
At the end of this year’s season, the pop-up producers will donate 10% of all proceeds from the sale of signature glassware to the Seva Foundation, a global nonprofit eye care organization that works with local communities around the world.
