The California Mid-State Fair returns to Paso Robles from July 16–28, 2025, bringing twelve days of summer excitement to the heart of the Central Coast. Known as “The Biggest Little Fair Anywhere,” this iconic event transforms the Paso Robles Event Center into a vibrant celebration of food, music, agriculture, and community. Fairgoers can enjoy thrilling carnival rides, entertaining exhibits, livestock showcases, and an incredible lineup of concerts, all honoring the region’s rich, homegrown heritage.
