Wine & Cheese Pairing Deals at Ancient Peaks: April 17 & 19

Margarita Vineyard, the southernmost vineyard in the Paso Robles region, is home to the Ancient Peaks Winery. Here, amidst a rare array of soils and one of the region’s coolest growing environments, guests can celebrate Earth Day with two wine and cheese pairings. From 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on April 17 and April 19, Earth Day Food & Wine Weekend ticketholders can enjoy complimentary wine and cheese pairings. All you have to do is bring your ticket and/or keep your wristband on!

Niner Wine Estates’ Earth Day Food & Wine Dinner with Maegen Loring: April 17

In celebration of Earth Day and Paso’s flourishing culinary scene, Niner Wine Estates is hosting Le Grand Aioli – a traditional Provencal feast. At the event, guests will enjoy a family-style meal created by Maegen Loring, Executive Chef at Niner Wine Estates. The menu, centered around the delectable Aioli sauce, will feature an array of vegetables, meats, seafood and rustic bread. Don’t miss your chance to enjoy a spectacular evening of food and wine at Niner Wine Estate from 6-8 p.m.

Earth Day Food & Wine Main Event: April 18

With its abundance of vineyards, orchards and farms, it comes as no surprise that the Main Event of Paso’s Earth Day Food & Wine Weekend revolves around top quality food and wine. After congregating under the beautiful oaks at Castoro Cellars at 2 p.m., attendees will enjoy a casual, delicious meal while listening to the Cali Funk & Soul of Proxima Parada. During the event, guests will also have the opportunity to meet some of the passionate people who are committed to Paso’s sustainable food culture.

Art & Wine Bar – Tree Hugger at Vina Robles Winery: April 19

Embracing the “tree hugger” label bestowed on the environmentally-conscious, Vina Robles Winery is hosting a special painting class and wine party. From 1-3 p.m., attendees will have the opportunity to learn step-by-step painting from artist Karyn Blaney while enjoying a delicious glass of wine at the Vina Robles Hospitality Center.

Windrose Farm Earth Day Plant Sale and Open House: April 19

What better place to conclude your Earth Day weekend in Paso than at the family-run Windrose Farm? Owners Bill and Barbara Spencer are committed to the biodynamic philosophy of viewing a farm as its own ecosystem, and are passionate advocates for the environment. At this free event from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., guests can experience the farm firsthand and purchase a wonderful selection of herbs and heirloom tomato plants.
