Chef Will Torres of The Restaurant at JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery brings forward a cheese course like no other including Rinconada Dairy Pistachio Pain de Genes, Country Ham, and Caramelized Fig.
Your final course is dessert by Chef Julie Simon of Thomas Hill Organics…wait for it….Olea Farm Olive Oil Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting and a signature THO Stone Fruit Compote. Delicious.

While the format of the auctions created by the Wine Country Alliance has changed over the years, the goal remains the same – to support healthcare, education and greater community services in San Luis Obispo County. In 2011 the Alliance gifted $80,000 to 13 different non-profit organizations in the region and strives to raise more dollars at this year’s auction.
