Tuesday, March 4, 2014
The kids are enjoying the Firehouse Exhibit
Come to the Children's Museum at the Paso Robles Volunteer Firehouse and experience a wonderful family-friendly place to play and learn. The museum is designed to be a fun, interactive and educational environment for families, educators and children, while showcasing the heritage of the Paso Robles Volunteer Firefighters.
Play time at the Oak Tree Exhibit
Children have the chance to engage in a variety of activities. Children will love playing and learning at each of the museum’s 10 exhibits, which include: the Oak Tree Exhibit, Fire Station, Physical Science Corner, Toddler Farm, Grape Stomp, Newton’s Play House, Creation Station, El Mercado, Firehouse Pizza Kitchen and the Theatre area.
The Firehouse Pizza Kitchen Exhibit is full of fun!
Kids love to get creative, which is exactly what they do at the Creation Station. The Creation Station encourages kids to let their imagination run wild and let out their inner-artist with ever-changing arts and crafts activities. Kids can get involved in a variety of exercises, ranging from cut and paste projects to ice exploration and noodle necklaces. Kids love the Paint Wall where they are actually encouraged to paint on the wall – one activity they can’t experience at home. Your little artist’s work could even end up proudly displayed on the walls of the museum.
