Paso Robles is home to over 200 wineries, yet one stands out for its artistic qualities. Sculpterra Winery features a sculpture garden that speaks to Paso’s vibrant arts and culture scene. The sculpture garden began when world-renowned sculptor John Jagger was commissioned by owner Dr. Warren Frankel for a five-year period, to create a garden like no other. Highlights include a stunning 10-foot bronze “Mermaid” rising from the fountain, a 20,000 pound granite “Puma”, and the 16-foot tall bronze “Dancing Horse.” Since the passing of Mr. Jagger, local artist Dale Evers has been commissioned to continue expanding the garden.
